Giving is easy and flexible
Signing up is simple. There is no medical exam and acceptance is guaranteed upon confirmation of a general health statement. Simply complete the on-line application , which takes just minutes, and make one annual payment. We're happy to help you with this process.
You determine the amount of the life insurance policy and choose the duration of your commitment, anywhere from three to five years.
We all benefit
You will receive a tax receipt for the entire amount of the life insurance premium at the time of your annual payment. The gift is immediate, which also results in an immediate tax credit for you. When the life insurance proceeds are transferred to the Health Sciences Foundation, 100% will be put to work in Northwestern Ontario, improving healthcare for your family and friends.
The Charity Life Insurance Program:
- can be designated to the area of care most important to you
- is available to individuals between 18 and 75 years of age
- is underwritten by BMO Life Assurance Company.
