Event Description: Be inspired! Guest speaker Brian Crookes is the president & CEO of Calgary-based Hallmark Tubulars. Three years ago at age 49, he found a lump under his nipple; his doctor told him it was just a cyst. With the persistence of his wife, he went for tests and was diagnosed with breast cancer. 1-2% of breast cancers occur in men and that number is rising. Brian hopes to raise awareness about the disease through his personal story and encourage men to visit their doctors.
