Want to learn more about Henson Trusts?

Be sure to join lawyers Fhara Pottinger and Margaret Waddington from Weilers Law for an informative evening on Thursday, April 25 at 7 p.m. in the Georgian Room at St. Joseph’s Care Group (63 Carrie St).

Fhara and Margaret will be discussing Henson Trusts, which benefit disabled loved ones, giving the trustee absolute discretion over how the trust’s money will be paid to the beneficiary. A Henson Trust is a way of structuring your Estate that protects an individual beneficiary that is, or may likely be on, government assistance (Ontario Works, collecting a Disability Benefit, or having other special needs) to make sure they can still benefit from their inheritance without compromising their government assistance.

Coffee, tea, water and cookies will be available!

R.S. V. P. to legacygivingthunderbay@gmail.com or by calling Katie at (807) 766-7424.
