Thunder Bay’s favourite 50+ event is back again for its 3rd year. Showcasing products and services to a 50+ crowd, this all-day Expo is a one-stop shop for everything related to a vibrant and exciting lifestyle.

Featuring a variety of local vendors, accompanied by multiple unique workshops, the event has something for everyone. Stop by for an hour or make a day of it as lunch is available for order in the Lifestyle Café.

In past years over 400 people have attended and learned about everything from Will planning, to travel, to volunteering, and more. Organizer Emey Hendricks, from Legacy Giving Thunder Bay, says, “There’s going to be such a great selection of workshops that will provide helpful information specifically presented for those who are 50+, including cooking and gardening. Plus we are delighted to highlight so many local businesses that have distinct products and services.”

David Facca, CPA, CA, from BDO Canada says, “We are proud to have been involved with the 50+ Lifestyle Expo since inception, as a both a sponsor and workshop presenter. The diversity of the information in the workshops is what draws attendees in and keeps them there, learning throughout the day. Many of the presenters have vendor booths as well which allows you to have those one-on-one conversations to have all your questions answered. It’s a great day!”

This year’s event takes place Saturday May 26 from 10-4 at the Victoria Inn. It features free parking and admission, including all workshops. There will also be a boat and ATV sale, plant sale and golf clinics. Everyone, regardless of age, is welcome.
