Diner en Blanc Supporting Cardiac Care

It’s Thunder Bay’s newest event and the mystery surrounding it is making the lead up that much more exciting. Held across the world in cities like Paris, Shanghai, Vancouver, Toronto and now, Thunder Bay, Diner en Blanc recalls the elegance and glamour of high French society, and guests engage one another, knowing they are taking part in a truly magical event.
To be held on Saturday, Sept 9, starting at 6 p.m., guests purchase tickets for this incredible 4-course dinner, but don’t find out the location until approximately 2 hours prior to the event. Where will it be? Organizers are tight lipped but assure that it will be a night to remember – rain or shine.
Once gathered, guests – all dressed in white – will feast on a menu including charcuterie and antipasti, white gazpacho, whole roasted chicken with accompaniments and white coffee pot de crème. Allergies and special dietary requirements can certainly be accommodated in advance.
Tickets for this unique and fabulous evening are just $100 with a portion of the proceeds supporting the Northern Cardiac Fund to ensure our community has access to world-class cardiac care at our Hospital.
