For the second year in a row, the Fallen Souls held their Halloween Bash in support of Adult Mental Health at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre. Hundreds of guests attended the bash in costume this past October at the Slovak Legion, with the best dressed being awarded a prize. This year’s Halloween Bash raised $5,000, bringing the total raised by the Fallen Souls Riding Association in just two years to $10,000.

The Fallen Souls are a group of riders who share a love of motorcycles – but also who hold a strong belief in helping others. “The Fallen Souls Riding Association is proud to be able to give back to our community, and mental health is a cause close to our hearts,” explained Gary Ferguson, one of the event organizers. “These proceeds will once again be directed to supporting the Adult Mental Health unit. Last year we were able to purchase a specialized, secure charging station within the unit, which allows patients to stay connected to their support systems outside the hospital. We are thrilled to be able to once again contribute funds to this department, and to enhance patient care at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.”
