Missing: $2.5 Million Thunder Bay 50/50 Winner

Somewhere, someone has just won $2,529,382 in the June Thunder Bay 50/50 and they have absolutely no idea.

 

At 11:00 a.m., Health Sciences Foundation CEO Glenn Craig made his grand prize winner phone call, but it went straight to voicemail. Despite repeated calls throughout the day, the winner has yet to answer.

 

This is the first time in Thunder Bay 50/50 history the Foundation has been unable to reach a winner.

 

Here's one clue: the phone number associated with the winning ticket has a 705 area code.

 

 

"It's a call we all look forward to making every month," said Craig. "Instead, this month we're left wondering when our winner will discover they've become a multi-millionaire. Somewhere, someone is going about their day completely unaware they've just won more than $2.5 million."
