Scrub Sale Supports Cardiac Care

This past week, we were so fortunate to have Robby Ahuja (Director, Northwestern Ontario) from Adult & Teen Challenge drop by to present a donation of $980 to the Northern Cardiac Fund. Joining him is Karen Wood, Special Event Officer, Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation.

This donation was made possible thanks to a portion of the proceeds from a recent Scrub Sale held at the Health Sciences Centre. Many thanks to all the employees and visitors who dropped by to purchase new scrubs - that sale was hopping!

This donation will directly support care for cardiac patients. Taking care of our hearts requires exceptionally advanced equipment and we're so thankful that Adult & Teen Challenge graciously provided this donation from the Scrub Sale to care for our hearts at home.
