The Fort William Rotary has been donating to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation for decades with gifts totaling over $2.4M! Each dollar has been used to provide better health care here in our community.

How do they do it? With your help!

Each year the Fort William Rotary holds their incredibly popular house lottery. With thousands of people purchasing tickets each year, the Rotary then distributes the proceeds from the lottery to various community organizations. Your purchase of tickets gives you the chance to win a beautiful new home but also means you’re providing support to our Health Sciences Centre, along with other worthwhile organizations. Currently, the Fort William Rotary has asked that a portion of the lottery proceeds be used to support the development of our cardiac and vascular surgery program so we can heal our hearts at home.

Tickets for this year’s lottery are now available for sale and you won’t want to miss your chance at the beautiful Lormar Construction cab-over style home that’s complete with a finished basement. It includes five bedrooms and a large kitchen, ready to host all your family and friends.

Check out the house and purchase tickets during Open Houses held each Saturday and Sunday between 12-5 pm at 137 Dogwood Crescent in Sherwood Estates. Or get your tickets at one of the following outlets:

  • Airlane Hotel and Conference Centre (cash only)

  • Balmoral Park Acura

  • Best Western Nor’wester Hotel and Conference Centre

  • The Finnish Book Store

  • George Jeffrey Children’s centre

  • George’s Market

  • B. Evans Fashions & Footwear

  • Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation

  • Wanson Lumber

Tickets are $100 or 3 for $250 and can also be purchased from any Fort William Rotary Club member. License #10625.
