A Legacy of Thoughtful Giving

Lee-Anne Camlin, Manager, Legacy Giving at the Health Sciences Foundation, on the third-floor terrace named in memory of legacy donor Warren Wanson.

Warren Wanson believed deeply in the importance of a growing Hospital for the people of Thunder Bay and Northwestern Ontario. Warren was described as honest, dependable, thoughtful, and soft spoken, with maybe a hint of Finnish "sisu."

Through a generous gift in his Will, Warren chose to support the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Foundation to help meet the Hospital's areas of greatest need. His legacy is one of quiet compassion, community commitment, and lasting impact.

In recognition of Warren's generosity, the third-floor terrace was named in his memory; a beautiful reminder of how one thoughtful gift can help shape the future of healthcare for generations to come.
